VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!
<p>It has been a month since i submitted my claim forms and i have not received any tangible feedback instead i have been bounced from one person to another, i have no idea what the status of my claim is, i am extremely dissappionted and i am at the point of cancelling my contract and just getting a new phone.</p>
