Very dissapointing Service
I am very disappointed at the services that i am getting from Cell c. They phoned me on the 12-08-19 telling me about this amazing promotion that they are running and i qualify to get a new phone, that will be delivered after 2 weeks. On the 02-09-19 i received an sms from Cell c that my order will be delivered. Still today i haven't received my order and when i phone Cell c, i don't get the satisfying response. I am very disappointed on how they treat their customers. This is so pathetic.

10 Sept 2019, 08:13Thank but i was not happy on how you handled my complaint, i was told that the Consultant has sold me a false information and i have to accept it, there is nothing that Cell c can do, like really, is it how you treat your loyal customer. I don't think i will ever used cell c again or even recommend it to my friends and family. I am not happy at all.
