very dissapointed cell c customer

<p>hi, i am a very dissapointed cell c customer!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i have open a cell c data contract for the amount of R99, however they have been charging me R325 a month for the last 4 months . i have spoken to the stores manager Anthea Davids at the Golden Acre store, she asured me she would get back to me but never does.........so this is costing me to go to the store everytime. i have been at the store 5 TIMES which is unaceptable!!!! this matter could then not be resolved, however they handed it over to Theo Frantz ********** this matter is still not resolved, he rep**** with calculations that is making no sense. so ive decided not to pay for the month of august and just like that they have disconnected my account and up to today i cant use my router but im being charged. my calcutation of money they have debitted came to the total of R796 that was taken out of my account with no authorisation from me which mean this is *****ING. if the matter is not resolved i will have no choice but to open up a case of theft.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
