VERY DISSAPOINTED BY THE CELL C SERVICE PROVIDER.
I am very really not happy about the network Cell C, two years ago i took a cellphone contract which should have ended in the month of March hence i given then 30days prior for cancellation but i am still still getting debited every month and receiving unpleasant messages saying i'm owing ridiculous amount of money. Therefore today i decided to call the Cell C call Centre and spoke to the Lady by the name of Amanda Danda and she has confirmed that i am not owing any amount in actually fact i'm in credit Cell c is owing me an amount of R300. Can somebody please explain this confusion and process a refund immediately. CELL C SA PLEASE INTERVINE.

My Cell phone Contract should have ended in month of March 2021 but some reason i am still getting debited an amount of R550.44 every month on the 20th without fail which is not even the correct installment because from my understanding my installment is only R285.
In may 2021 i even made a payment for an amount of R300 hence i have been receiving messages from Cell C saying that i'm owing money i dont even know.
