Very displeased
Good day,
On the 114th of this month, I spoke to Pellican Nobela aka Donald. He assisted me with a contract phone and data deal. After he read the term and conditions, which was done very well, he asked if I accepted the terms and understood it, to which I said yes. This means that the contract was signed verbally as he explained.
To my surprise, I received a msg the following day that the contract was declined. Until now I have not received a courtesy call either. Quite pathetic

Isn't the pre-approval stage where your you guys see if I qualify or not. It's like signing something and telling the individual afterwards that the item isn't yours or they can't have the item
