Very disappointed with the service from Cell C and World Advisory Service.
I have been a customer for more than 2 years, with multiple devices. On the 22nd October 2022, I reported the theft of my mobile phone.
After numerous emails, I still haven't had any constructive feedback. My hard earned money has been deducted monthly with no device nor services from you people.
Please sort out this mess as it has been a long six weeks without a device. Why am I paying for a device and service ,that was and is not rendered to me? All relevent documents have been sent, I'm not sure what the hold is about now? Do you still have those documents?
Now, this is my last resort. Should be unable to assist me in this matter, I ask that you terminate this contract with immediate effect and reimburse me all my subscriptions worth.
Cell C has provided a horrible service as a paying customer.

This isa very very pathetic service.
If it can take up to 2 month replace a P Smart 2021.
Means one can take up to a year ar waiting for the latest iphone, Samsung or Huawei.
