Very disappointed on cell c

I was ****** and they took my phone. Now I'm trying to do a sim swap but then I can't remember the 5 last call I made because of that I can't get my number back, I tried calling customer care no luck I went to 3 cell c outlets still no they can't help me with a very bad attitude. I really need the number as my business is registered on it my stamp I can't even excess my email which is having my business documents because I forgot my password,, that number is my life, I'm stressed can't even sleep but cell c can't even help me after 4 years of loyalty just because of 5 calls numbers ,. I'm very disappointed regretting the day I chose cell C.
