Very disappointed moving over to Cell C
I had moved over to Cell C from Vodacom in the hopes that I would have much better service, but to date I have been very disappointed. I had initially taken out the Epic 200, which proved to not be sufficient, so I migrated over to a SmartChat 3GB too up on 3rd December 2015. On the Epic 200 I had received R200 airtime for the month and had about R150 left by the time I had migrated over to the new package on 3rd December. With the migration I lost all my airtime, but I am still required to pay my full premium at the end of the month! I called chairmen service and they told me that this is standard, but I was never informed. Now I pay my full premium for the Epic 200, but didn't even see the benefit if it, so in my eyes Cell C is *****ing from me. I then have to pay the proratered rate for December migration at the end of January, which makes sense, but then I should not be charged for the Epic 200 contract that I have not been able to use at the end of December. I know it is a small amount, but out of principle I want my money back, as I am paying for it! <br>
