Very Disappointed in Cell C

4 weeks after upgrading still no phone. Many follow ups no stock received yet. Cannot make phone calls. running out of data all the time means I have to buy data, so I am paying a monthly installment and buying data and airtime to use my phone. Can't get through to upgrade department, no one answer the phone after holding for 20 minutes. Can't get through to cancellations, no one answer the phone. Those who does answer the phone cannot assist. After so many years with Cell C I am so disappointed and now want to cancel my contract.
