Very disappointed customer 😒

I posted here on the 27th of March 2025 about the simcard I was charged R749 per month for 2 years the simcard was supposed to be R249. It was for full 2 years R12000 was what I was supposed to receive. Fine I get a call telling me that my refund is approved but I only received R10489.47. I was told that I would not get debited in April but they still took my money plus they never corrected the bill and charged me that extra R500 again now I'm getting no communication from them to refund me my outstanding money to make it full R12000 . Thus experience has left me so emotional I cry when I call because I don't get help.
