Very disappointed customer.

Cell c wont let me upgrade because of debt review. Was my choice to go on debt review and i pay my contract not debt review. Have been a loyal customer for years and always pay my account. Cell c is a service and not a credit provider. Very disappointed in cell c. I have to contracts with cell c. They didnt even tell me my contract is due for upgarade and just took my money off. When i phoned about 3 months ago to query the upgrade they told me i cant upgrade and still had to give a months notice to cancell!!!. So i cancelled. They dont help you they just take your money. And the call centre is useless they cant help you. They just there to sell you things. There is no supervisor or manager to talk to. Very disappointed. Charlene
