Very disappointed cell c customer

I have experienced terrible service since the beginning of my contract with them. Consultants never follow up or assist like they say they would. I was double debited on the 23rd of June and still have not received the refund I requested and was promised to get within 7 days. Cell c is quick to run after lawyers for their money, but when they take from you they can't give back.

I have been assisted by sabelo, pricilla, nurse, noni, Marcus and patience to name a few and I still did not get the service cell c promises to give. I have called in multiple times and sent emails to multiple people and still nothing. Even sending a complaint to their complaint line and CEO doesn't get you any service
