Very disappointed cell c
Very disappointed in Cell C my debt order didnt go threw on time i phoned in to the contract department asked to send me the banking details didnt get any banking details phonedv he next day asked again for banking details got the banking details but no ref no as i have two contracts. Payed the correct amount over used my cell no as a ref. 3 days later i get a message that my account is in arrears so i phoned in and get told that i only payed for one contract i asked for it to be split but got told i am still in arrears i asked for a supervisor tpocontact me asap its been 3 days and no one has contacted me. So sick of this.
