VERY DISAPPOINTED BY CELL C

I have never been disappointed by a telecommunications service before but Cell C had to be the first to disappoint me. I've app**** for a low-cost contract (ZTE Moderm) for R69.00X24 months, I made the arrangements on the 26th June 2015 with the agent named Vusi Masia, the contract was pre approved over the phone with an agent phone, then Vusi called me 2 days later to tell me that my banking details were incorrect, I forwarded him my banking statement with my account number & branch number. Almost 3 weeks later still no contact from Cell C, that made think that I'm less important. Thank you Cell C, I'm no longer interested.
