Very disappointed
Me and my husband are very disappointed in cellc, it now been a month after we have send them my husbands retrenchment letter and we received a sms that we got a case number and someone will get back to us and a month later we still haven't heard a word from them but we are paying penalties because they are scrathing in our account for the money, i really dont want their apologies but the full amount of the penalties back, *********** people that dont have, is low

When we phoned again we got told these case numbers has nothing to do with my husbands retrenchment letter and the lady told us she was opening a new case right away and guess what, still heard nothing
