Very disappointed!!
Good day I have 5 contracts with cell c and 1 of my lines is now due for an upgrade, I have been so looking forward to upgrading and getting a Samsung tablet but when I phoned cell c direct retentions department I was highly disappointed and very dissatisfied to be told that the only Samsung tablet available is a 7 inch and that the tab A and tab E are end of life. How is it possible for cell c to only have 1 type of Samsung tablet?? Other networks have 3 or 4 Samsung tablets!!! I get told by the lady who assisted me on the phone that I must wait for the new deals on the 12th of December to see what tablets cell c has. What kind of service is this?! I don't need a cell phone, I don't need a laptop or a router... I am looking for a tablet bigger than a 7 inch! Where must I go or who must I talk to, to get the help and service I need?! You can visit your nearest Cell C store and they will assist, advise you accordingly. If you wait for new deals you might get it on special as well.

07 Dec 2018, 12:48Hi... I run a business and this is our busy time so no, I don't have the time to go to a store! I worked in the cell c stores for 4 years so I know how busy the stores get this time of the year... That is why you have cell c direct, for busy customers like me. I spend over R32 000 a year at cell c but I think after the reply you have me I will rather take my hard earned money and spend it at a different network because your signal on benoni is ridiculously poor anyway!!
