Very disapointed with Cell C

<p>Took out a contract with Cell C at R129 per month, with a spend limit of R200. Got an invoice this month for R600. According to Cell C, their ''spend limit'' does not include data purchased on the contract. That is blatant false advertising, as the spend limit is supposed to be the maximum that you can use over and above your normal account payment. I recommend staying away from Cell C contracts, they will trick you into paying more for your contract than they advertise. It's a shame these big service providers cannot be held accountable for false advertising practices. </p>
