Very Disapointed

On 12 July 2018 I received a phone call from Angleo from CellC regarding an upgrade on my daughter's phone. I was offered an iPhone 7 with a 32gig memory on the pinical 500 contract for R399. Please note, I did not call them, they called me. Upon agreeing to take this package, I was assured that the new phone would arrive within 10 days. Imagine my surprise when it did not realise. I like to believe the best in most situations, I am not very cynical so thought there might have been a little hickup. A call will resolve it. I called them on the 31 of July and spoke to Bonga. Still no luck and no reference no. But a promise to call me back. Ah, the heart is satisfied and things are on track. 17 August and spoke to Micham. Starting to feel a bitty less sure about this promised relationship, but holding out it case it gets better. 4 September and Kalib has promised to relight the fire. 11 September Refiloe passed me on to Nomtanda. Feeling a bitty used by now as well. But I walked away with a ref no. ********** 055. Progress! No call back as promised though and my doubts are starting to awaken again. 18 September Mbali promised me that she will look and see what is happening to it and that she will red flag this ailing relationship, and that I can expect a phone call within the hour to see what they can do to give it a kickstart. The call was supposed to come in at 12.45pm. At 13.55 I called and spoke to Tristen and she promised that she will get Angleo, my original relationship partner to call me back at 14.00 today. Well, needless to say, I have once again dressed up all pretty hoping to get a callback. But no, no such luck.
