VERY cumbersome to try and check data!

I was looking forward to ditching my Telkom data sim for a Cell C one. However, now that I am testing the sim, I see no way of checking my balances, the app want to send you OTP's as well as the website, how dumb is that when it is not a phone. You do know that Telkom's app logs in instantly when connected to its network and online as well. <br> <br> Please get this elementary step right!!
