Very bad service of cell c staff
I did have an account in 2015 with cell c and lost my work according to law if your debtor's can't reach you in 3 to 5 years they must write it of with either a prescribed letter or payed up letter they insist of giving me either and the consultants that answering the phones are very unprofessional and rude so Peter can you help me please cause I am struggling since January this year to get n letter

16 May 2022, 06:49I contacted them on numerous attempts and they don't know about prescribed letters and NDS as you mentioned don't have that account with them long time anymore so please don't shift the thing to NDS I am really frustrated for the reason of being struggling since January please get your facts right and just supply me with an prescribed letter
