VERY BAD SERVICE, NO SERVICE AT ALL

What is up with Cell C c, I'm on prepaid and my sim got switched of for the second time. tried on numerus cell phones no luck, now I've got another cell c sim ( Sims Are Linked) tried to phone them hundreds of timed as call ended not one ring no way to speak to a consultant i downloaded the app and write to them phoned me after 3 days and said i need a news sim so i got one and wrote again , well no call and i cant phone them as promised to phone back on my wife phone still waiting for days - how is this possible switching of my sim twice this is really non sense this number is my income how long this issue are going to persist and the best is no network can help me with a sim swop . what now!!! are you going to feed me ? and way the sim swop its new i got it not long ago as my previous sim got switch off the same story. so no client can phone me so no food, i must look in to my family's eyes and say sorry for how many times. no.... this is not how thing work. sort this out asap
