Very bad service from CellC and Cellc repair service

Ive upgraded my contract, not even a month later the phone died. Ive asked cellc to come and pick up the phone as I dont have a cellc close to me. They never came, i drove 155kms to my nearest cellc to take in the phone, just to find out they cannot book in the phone for me because theres already an open job, the consultant that helped me then called the repairs department where she was informed that my cellphone is already with them and they are busy carrying out repairs, yet the phone is still with me... all that money and time wasted just to have to turn around with the same dead phone
