Very bad service from Cell C.

Cell C must be the worst cellphone service provider in South Africa. My cellphone almost daily when I make calls, give me a message: "Not connected to network". I called Cell C to complain and was given an answer that it is caused by loadshedding, which is nonsense, as this happens even when there is no loadshedding in my area. When I complained that Cell C is not delivering on their contract by providing me with the agreed service, and I wanted to end the contract, I was told that it would cost me almost R 11 000-000 to get rid of Cell C., as I will be breaking contract. Please note that I am using my 4 year old phone, thus there is no phone costs included. I can only advise potential users to stay away from Cell C.
