Very Bad Service from cell c

<p>I have opened a contract with cell c savannah polokwane a few months back. From the beginning the contract was wrong after many many phone calls they said they fixed it. This month the debit order whent off more tan 4 times more. Now the contract is wrong again, suddenly ot is an open contract. I dod not asked for an open contract. I need this contract to be fixed or to be cancelled.</p>

I was at Cell C again spoke to Lebo yes they have taken off the cancellation fee but did not correct the open line fees. I will only pay R299 as per contract she said I must pay R470. She said it was an open line but next month it will only be R299. I really don't underatand why can't they just fix my contract.

I am so mad I was under the impression that my contract was sorted out but no the same problem again. Been struggeling with this contract from the beginning. I need an answer asap....
