Very bad service

Almost a year later after multiple visits to their store, phone calls and emails and I am still waiting on a paid up letter I really have been patient and always kind but still nothing and then they deduct money from my account for now reason I really give up I don't know what to do anymore or where to turn my credit score is so bad because of this....
