Very bad service 😒

I have cancel a non working laptop in the 7 days policy period however they still charge for it not using it and not even having it for 2 days we have been fighting with cellc for 2 months to fix the statement i have no paid them and will not till its sorted also the debit orders that bounce because they dont do there job i will not pay as well myself and the store have been trying with no luck
