Very bad service

Good day I gave in my phone for repairs with Cell C were they have send it in to Cell C repairs,my complaint is that Cell C self cant inform me of were my phone is and that i should follow up with cell c repairs ,i mean that is why i gave my phone in with them to do all the work for me . I did a follow up several times ,and then they keep on telling me to send the proof of payment so i did when i made the payment the fist time ,so eventually they tell me that i should call customer service which is a inconvenient because i don't have time to hold on for 30 minutes ,I have called customer service a few times and they also keep telling me to send the proof of payment ,no one can tel me whether my phone is repaired or not ,just that they did not received payment ,So after many attempts calling and sending my proof of payment they tell me ,that the quote which i signed and payed on the 13/07/20 that the quote changed and now there is an outstanding amount of 1500 ,i tried calling again today and nothing ,i gave my phone in before the lock down and payed the amount of 4580 for repairs in July ,i am really frustrated with this ,still no feedback from either Cell c or Cell c repairs
