Very bad service

Cell C gives the worst service ever. We have been having issues with them non stop. They cancelled one of our lines, only they can explain why. Our account is up to date. We have been calling them since Friday for assistance and have received no assistance even after being on the phone with them for over an hours trying to do what they are asking of us to do. This is truly frustrating. We are asking that you re-connect our line. Fix your problem please. ***
