Very Bad service and turnaround time for queries.
I had a contract with Cell C and closed it in May 2020. Mid September 2020 I called requesting a Paid up letter. To this day I havent received it. When I call I am sent from one agent to another. Worse part they said I owe them only to find out they owe me I paid over. May I please have my paid up letter Cell C.
