Very Bad Service Again

I already posted an earlier bad revoew about Cell C. They very quickly responded the following day with a lot of empty promises to try and make me quiet. I have upgraded more than 6 weeks ago and still have not received my devices. They have no idea what they are doing with their stock and I have requested numerous times that a Manager calls me. Not one Manager has the decency to pick up the phone to call me. Dont ever use Cell C, their sevice is shocking, non existent and useless.
