Very bad service

Very bad service. I was very dismayed by the unprofessional conduct of Cell C . I have been their loyal customer with good standing account for more than 6 years. I was shocked to receive an email that they were going to suspend my service due to non payment although that was not true. They tried to send a follow up email to apologise and that is not acceptable for me . Why did they send such a correspondence in the first place this makes me question the integrity of the company. I’m honestly considering continuing being their customer and will not accept bring treated like that after being a loyal customer for so long
