Very Bad service.

Disgusting service, on the 3rd Feb 2020 I call to request for the Paid up letter and was told to wait 48-72 hrs. I called again on the 7th same story my request is still on the queue wait another 48 hrs. 12th again I called as spoke to the lady from Legal department, and she was rude and told me to wait more that 7 days. Like really just to get the letter.
