Very Bad Service

Good day,<br> <br> I have a problem, my account has been suspended and I cannot use my cell phone anymore but I have paid as the debit order went off successfully, I had to call the call Centre and only speak to a rude agent named Brenda who only told me that I am in arrears with R299.00 and it does not show that there was any debit order that went off I requested to speak to someone senior but she refused. I called in yesterday as my debit normally goes off on the last day of the month but it never went through cause the prices went up and I never received any notification about it I was paying R289.00 and now it has increased to R299.00 so in my account I had R290.00 that is why is bounced, but I phoned and some agent assisted me by doing a resubmission for me, but to my surprise this morning my line was closed and I cannot do anything at all, ok I want to know where did my money go to cause you seem not to see it on your system, my line is closed but I paid, is that really fair now, this is really *********** and so much inconveniencing. Please assist.
