VERY BAD SERVICE

Ok. I am very confused. Last year I was rejected for an upgrade because I was on debt review. I was on debt review from 2015. Cell C then contacted me in this year and did the upgrade (while I was still on debt review). I cancelled the upgrade because Cell C didn't deliver the phone, and when I finally got through they said the phone wasn't available. I am now off debt review as confirmed by a TransUnion report I looked at. There are still documents being collected to finalized/update my status. Today I app**** for the upgrade because they have the phone I want. I was declined because I am still showing on debt review (not sure why this wasn't a problem last time). If this isn't sorted amicably I am going to try port to another service provider. This is pathetic service to say the least.

If you read the complaint you will see "There are still documents being collected to finalized/update my status." The debt review is a side issue. The issue is that I was approved twice in this year but had to cancel both times because Cell C could not provide the phones the "sold" me. How do you fail my upgrade, then approve it twice and then fail it again? Don't bother. I am going to move all three my contracts as soon as the other two come up for upgrade.
