Very bad service

<p>On 8 Oct I handed my tablet in for repairs at cell c Kolonnade. On 19 Oct I phoned to hear progress. Henry answered and said he was busy I must phone back in 5 min. Did so only to find out that my tablet was not forwarded for repairs yet and that it was still lying with them. So now I must wait another 21 days! Bad,bad,bad.</p>
