very bad service

<p>I have been with cellc for over 8 years, my contract reached 24months long time ago I sent in a letter to cancel , i had outstanding amount paid it and asked for cancellation Till today i have to keep calling and emailing the same letter, i even paid the balance, all i want is this cancelled. I</p> <p>Kindly check for me what the problem is with my phone ********** 407 because I have paid almost R150 but for 3 months my phone is not working it gives me this massage BARRED I need to use this because all my personal business</p> <p>but lack of feedback and service is pathetic, i dont advise anyone to go through this. Ii apid for 8 years same contrac phone and this is what i get in the end. Never again Cellc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
