Very Bad Service

<p>So I received an email from Patrick Mphuti on the 31 May saying repairs takes 7 days (after my 1st Hello Peter Post)... well I call Howard Mall Monday (after our 7 days) and they had no feedback! According to them it takes 21 days. What bull!!!!</p> <p>We do not want the tablet as it was broken from day 1, it was in the box and we reported it when we saw we cannot hear anything. The consultant did not check whether the tablet can call or not. Your out of box policy is a nonsense and we want a ather phone, if this tablets gives problems from day 1 then we do not want it.</p> <p>I emailed Patrick yesterday and he didnt bother calling me back.My husband has a few contracts with Cell C, and this is the horrible service we get to deal with</p>
