VERY BAD SERVICE
The cell c Network call center is useless I don't even know why they have a call center to start with I was ****** of my belongings at gun point I call them to block my phone and the Sim card so those people can not access my banking app... I gave them my ID.. My Names.. My home address and the number I was using but just because I couldn't remember when I recharged they did not help me giving the suspect enough time to use my phone and number as they wish and those Consultants are so rude on the phone CELL C is useless to the core I'm never using that Network ever again

13 Apr 2024, 21:33I am so disappointed in you to the point of Boiling I was even shaking when I spoke to the Consultant who took my matter so litetley to the point of telling me I can call back when I am ready!!! That hit me hard telling someone I was ****** and I need my number brocked and I im talked to like and idiot, I mean who would just decide to call and play with something like that..... Anyway I do not want that number again and like I said I'm not using Cell C again
