Very bad service
And again, after puting you on Hello Peter. Finally someone calls me regarding my upgrade, I go through all with her.She will call me bac****!! That was yesterday morning. Today I CALL and the lady said no upgrade was loaded. REALLY. I'm trying to upgrade R 1000 contract I can easyl cancel it and go to Vodacom.
We will get the consultant who contacted you yesterday, to follow up on this matter with the upgrades team as they were supposed to contact you after she sent them a request for further assistance.
Do expect communication.
