Very bad service

Cell C phoned me in June and asked me to upgrade. After the approval of the contract they promised me that I will receive my new handset within a week. 3 Weeks later I contacted cell C to find out what happened with my phone and they informed me that the phone I chosen is discontinued. They promised that they will phone me the following Monday but after 5 calls and 4 months I am still waiting for cell C. Cell C is very quick to promise you the world, but when they must deliver on their promisses they forget about the client.
