Very bad service

Dont talk nonsens to me man - I want to know NOW which months is outstanding ??????? I emailed all my Proof of payments !!!

I PAID JULY & AUGUST !!!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ?? I emailed august payment last week already !!!!

No feedback yet and nobody contacted me ... NOTHING

My phone is put off again

So, i get a phone call telling me i only owe you R 49.00 APPARENTLY- They could only track my payment today but i paid it last week already...
So from owning Cell C R 650.00 to R 350.00 and now ALL OF A SUDDEN ONLY R R49.00 which By the way you cant tell me where from I LOST the use of my PAID phone for several days !!!! And all you have to say for yourself is , we apologize... you can stick your apology where the sun dont shine because i want direct contact to your LEGAL department... i lost my communication and my loss of income and you just want to say sorry ...
This is the SECOND time in 2022 that Cell c has told me i owed them R 650.00 which i dont ....
You truely think a apology is good enough for the stress, discomfort, trauma and financial strain you put on me for losing clients ?? I got on the road and my own life is at risk because my cellular network is unreliable, unstable and unorganized

With ****ty Service ??? And what about the time my phone was off unnecessary ?? You going to refund me for my losses and stressed caused due to your false accusations and accusing me of dept. I don't have ?? I want direct contact with your legal department

Apology not excepted nor good enough as I lost business and i want a direct number or email address to your legal department
