Very bad klient service
<p>I have a Samsung S7 Edge which has been in for repairs from the 13th of March 2017. Everytime i phone cell c they tell me i must phone the insureance to find out what is going on with the phone. The insureance which i think is Finrite is so terrible i will call 5 times maby more a day and hold on untill they cut off the line. i used the phone the one day and the screen just went off. i send it in to the insureance and only when i phone them they give me feedback they dont phone me, so on the 24 of April 2017 when i fanally got hold of them they told me there is a excess fee of R750 and after that was paid they will repair the phone. i paid it and emailed the proof of payment, after that i couldnt get hold of them. On saturday the 6 of may i phoned again and they didnt submit the proof of payment so i had to stay on the line untill the proof of payment was logged. after that the operator just told me that they will tell the technitians to repair the phone and once its been repaired they will send it back to cell c. Its been 3 days and i havent received any feedback or my phone yet. i dont even get trough to the insureance to find out how far is the repairs on the phone. this is so not fair and i dont know what to do. i got a loan phone from cell c but i can barely use it because its so badly damaged!!!</p>

29 May 2017, 09:36I only received my phone back last week Wednesday after the insurance called me and told me it was delivered at highveld mall cell c and alice signed for it. When i got there alicia had an attitude and said she did phone and no ine picked up. That broken phone number was confirted to me because i had no spare phone to use. No one phone me and everytime i phoned cell c highveld mall they told me the insurance didnt send any phone. Natasha from the insurance said they only phoned once and they wrote there no answer. I have two contracts with cell c and they couldn't think to phone on my other number or to look me up and see if there is a alternative number. When i first laid a complaint on hello peter, Moses from Cell C phoned and said with all the trouble i went to to get my phone fixed i will not be paying my acvount this month. Well i received my account and its scheduled to go of and all the pormises that was made to me are broken. So i was 3 months without a phone and each month i had to pay my account as if i had the luxury to use it. Cell c is so useless and no one know the correct number for cell c head office or a moses who phoned me!!
