Very bad image for the Business

Good day,

I visited Cell C Kolonade today, to sort out my simcard. I am very disipointed that the lady that is on training cannot even type on the computer because her nails is so long. How can a person be appointed and she cannot even use her fingers to type. Very bad image for the Business.

I hope she is going to cut her nails , because there is no way she can work like that if she want to type on a computer.
