Very bad customer service from Cell C

I have requested Cell C to terminate my account as I do not have the use for the data plan I had with them. It took them two requests to attend to my case.

And now The bill me twice the amount, and I asked them why I cannot get an answer from the person I spoke to on the phone, secondly I sent about email asking why is this there’s no answer. All that I asked was proof that I signed and agreed to them debiting twice the amount, and as a “legitimate” business they can’t simply provide me with proof???

This is extremely disgusting honestly. Never will I recommend Cell C ever, very bad when it comes to doing business. Shocking.
