Very bad customer service

I app**** for a Cell C contract online, received a sms stating that it was approved and to call the cell c number and complete my application. Only for them to tell me under my ID and number they can't find anything they don't know what I am talking about. What BS is that CELL C. You send people messages saying approved when they apply only to give them the info of please apply again we don't know what you talking about. I WAS APPROVED SO I WANT MY APPROVAL TAKEN FURTHER. IT SAYS IN WRITING I AM APPROVED.
