Very bad customer service.

I'm struggling to get a paid up letter. Had a contract with them from Oct 2021 to Oct 2023. Contract was settled but I still get report that I'm in arrears with Cell C. Contacted them numerous times, but still nothing has changed. This is badly affecting my credit ratings. It's been more than 6 months now contacting their customer care with no help
