Very Bad Customer Service

<p>I have a cellphone contract with Cell C for just over 1year now. This is the second time my cellphone has gone in for repairs. Ram couries collected the phone on 08/05/2017, the sae day i called in to bok it in for repairs. When i called in last week Thursday 22/06/2017, i was told that no cellphone was received at the repairs department. I emailed through the courier waybill, and the very next day we were called back saying they have received the phone and it has now been booked in for repairs. So i called back wanting to know where the phone has been between ***, as it has been missing for over 4 weeks and has now only been booked in for reapirs; to which i got transferred from one agent to the next - then eventually got cute off. I was told if i wanted to cancel the contract i would have to pay it up for the full contract term. We have now already not used the phone for almost 2months, but have been paying. I am totally disgusted with the level of customer service received from Cell C, and will definitely NEVER again take out any type of contract or buy anything from them again!</p>
