Very bad client service

This is complaint number (stop counting), for the last 6 months I recieved calls regarding my account in arrears for the last 4 months I paid more than my monthly installment, because I want to get rid of cell C I ask them for the last 6 months for a settlement amount so I can get cell c out of my life. Today somebody phone me again to remind me off my account in arrears, while I explained to her and ask for a settlement she just dropped the phone in my ears, i do payments on the 25/26th of the month and I send POP after each payment. If somebody contact me regarding this complain, please can a manager on higher level contact me and not your *********** tele ladies, I need a settlement amount.
