Very bad and *********** service from Cell C

I called Cell C three months ago, April 2023, and spoke to one of the consultants to assist with my statement coz I haven't been receiving statements since March 2023, and so he told me that I owe Cell C R881.00 and that I've been handed over to some debt collector company. They gave me the name (Pre EDC-Holdings) and number ***) of the debt collector company that's working with Cell C, only to find that the name and number are incorrect, so basically i called a tracker company and they have nothing to do with Cell C. I'm getting frustrated and irritated by Cell C because there was no communication whatsoever from Cell C to say that I'll be handed over, this is what will happen and this is what i should do, none of those.

I settled that amount, sent my POP, called Cell C again to say that I've settled the amount due, and I was told that the paid-up letter will be sent in the next two-three working days, mind you this was two months ago. Last week I called to find out about the paid-up letter the agent told me that he'll escalate the matter to a relevant department, and I should receive in the next 2-3 working days, I call yet again today, and this lady gave me a very ridiculous answer and said the "relevant department'' is still waiting for my ID from customer care, really now.

Cell C BETTER CLEAR MY NAME AND SEND THAT PAID-UP LETTER AS IN YERSTERDAY ALREADY.
