Very bad and pathetic service from cell c

What a pathetic and appalling service from cell c. I had a contract with cell c which originally ended in November 2018 and then they call me for renewal and upgrade but I declined it due to poor network connection and the call centre told me I need to call to cancel which I did in December 2018 and was advised its cancelled but to my suprised they debitted my account in January 2019. I queried this with cell c and was advised that the contract is still active and there's no record of cancellation. I am more frustrated now and I even went to the store in the Glen mall on the 9th March and still it shows my contract is not cancelled after 4 request and they can't cancell it at the store as I have to call the call centre again. This is really a sorry lame and pathetic service from cell c. It really can't be that hard to cancell my contract as per my multiple requests. Bad bad customer service.
